1. Parties

Tissue Culture Pro (“Software”) is developed and sold by Plantaera Biotech LLC (“Company”). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

2. License grant

Upon purchase, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software as permitted by the license tier issued to your purchase email and/or organization.

3. Restrictions

• You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute license keys.
• You may not reverse engineer the Software except where explicitly permitted by law.
• You may not remove or alter licensing or attribution notices.

4. Delivery

Licenses are delivered electronically (typically by email) after payment confirmation.

5. Updates

The Software may receive updates at the Company’s discretion. Purchase does not include any guarantee of updates, new features, or ongoing support beyond what is required by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for verifying outputs, maintaining backups, and ensuring suitability for your intended use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Software.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled per the Refund Policy.
